PremierOne CAD is a computer-aided dispatch system for public safety operations. It captures, correlates and distributes mission-critical information in real time, giving dispatchers access to call details, related records, and responder locations and status. Agencies can shape police dispatch workflows to fit their needs; the product is also presented for fire and EMS dispatch. Responder-safety functions include CAD-to-radio messaging, emergency-button activation, console integration and location information for nearby backup requests. GIS resources developed with Esri ArcGIS map callers, incidents and resources. Mobile capabilities are designed for in-vehicle laptops, smartphones and tablets, while the web-based CAD Web Client extends dispatch to non-traditional environments.
