In their own words
Presscloud AI Generator
Presscloud AI Generator drafts press releases using a company website, social media, previous articles, and other sources. It can suggest ten topics for product launches, partnerships, thought leadership, and crisis management. Users can edit generated releases in an HTML editor, add images and videos, and customize emails to journalists. Presscloud AI Press Lists analyzes releases and matches journalists using recent articles, keywords, medium, sentiment, country, and social profiles. Personalized Pitches creates an email opening for each journalist based on their recent work. A free account provides dashboard access and lets users send a release, have it checked, or purchase a subscription. The service is available on the web and through an API. The pricing note lists a 14-day trial and plans from $129/mo (annual). Subscription plans have a minimum one-year term and renew automatically; cancellation must be made at least one day before renewal. The MCP server connects Claude or another MCP client to Presscloud for press lists, drafts, delivery scheduling, and campaign results, but is available to agency Enterprise customers. Presscloud says personal data is processed under the GDPR and journalist contact data comes from public professional sources and legitimate interest.
PressPilot
PressPilot is a press release platform for writing, distribution and campaign tracking. It is aimed at founders, PR agencies and lean communications teams, and the maker says it works best for teams sending 1 to 10 campaigns a month. Users can search a reported database of 46,701 verified journalist contacts across 78 countries, then filter by beat, outlet type, location or engagement history. AI can generate releases in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese for five credits each. Campaign reports track opens, clicks and replies in real time and can be exported as CSV or PDF. Each account also includes a branded newsroom on the user’s domain, with release archives and media embeds. PressPilot offers web and API access, plus integrations that vary by plan: HubSpot on Growth and Scale, Zapier automation, and webhooks on Growth. The maker says data is stored in the EU and lists GDPR-related features. A free plan includes five credits for new accounts; Startup costs €19 a month, excluding VAT. PressPilot does not guarantee a release will lead to publication.
