In their own words
PrioSmith
PrioSmith is subscription-based product-feedback software for digital product teams. Customers submit feature requests through a public portal with descriptions, attachments, votes, comments, and reactions. Teams move requests through pending, approved, in-progress, shipped, or rejected stages. Signal analytics use votes, activity, customer segments, and revenue-weighted demand to support prioritization. Shipped requests can link to release notes, with notifications sent to the customers who requested them. The hosted portal supports custom domains, inline, sidebar, and modal widgets, roadmap embeds, and changelog feeds after connected verification. Privacy controls include private boards, hidden posts, moderated submissions, team access, and signed customer identity for private widget sessions. Listed integrations are API, webhooks, and MCP; a Slack integration appears as in progress. Spark includes one product workshop, while Forge includes unlimited workshops, API, webhooks, MCP, and a priority response queue. Platforms are Android, iOS, web, and API. A 14-day trial requires no card. Spark costs $5 a month; Forge costs $15 a month.
UserJot
UserJot brings feedback management and customer support tools together for web and API use. Teams can collect requests on feedback boards, publish a roadmap and changelog, and place a widget inside their product with feedback, updates, and live chat. Juno answers from a team’s docs and website, then passes unresolved conversations to the team in the same thread; forwarded support email shares an inbox with chats. Requests, votes, statuses, roadmap items, and changelog posts are connected, so teams can update voters when work ships. Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, ChatGPT, and other MCP clients can connect, and the same actions are available through a REST API. Paid plans include Slack integration, though request creation is limited to admins and owners and notifications are read-only. The free plan is free and includes two boards and three admin roles. Starter costs $29 a month; Professional costs $59 a month. Live chat and Juno are in beta and not included in plan prices.
