Prism by Building Engines
Prism by Building Engines is a commercial real estate operations platform for coordinating building data, workflows, tenants and vendors. It supports work orders, preventive maintenance, inspections, communications and reporting, with tenant features such as visitor access, amenity reservations and engagement tools linked to operational workflows. Work orders can be routed using criteria including issue type, building and team schedules; property teams can see status updates, comments, photos and costs. Prism Mobile supports field work and offline updates, syncing recorded data after a connection returns. Open APIs connect the platform with accounting systems, building systems and other commercial real estate tools. Building Engines describes security measures including encryption, secure authentication and access controls, and says the platform aligns with SOC 2 Type II, GDPR and CCPA requirements. The product serves property managers, engineers, asset managers, tenants and vendors across several property types. Prism is paid software; pricing is available on request and customized for portfolio size and needs. Building Engines was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts.
