In their own words
Proginov ERP
Proginov ERP includes a formulation module for developing products and balancing cost, use, quality, and performance. Originally designed for food businesses, it is also intended for other industries that work with formulas. Teams can create standard, simulated, and production formulas, set targets such as nutritional values or prices, and search for cost-effective formulas within limits for raw materials, component characteristics, totals, and allergens. The module manages nutritional values and allergens, generates multilingual ingredient lists with exclusions and grouped ingredients, and can update production bills of materials automatically. It also supports production orders and tracking batches and pallets. Ingredient data can be reused in technical sheets and retail catalogues without being entered again. The broader suite covers commercial and industrial management, accounting, finance, payroll, and human resources. Browser-based applications exchange real-time information with the ERP, while its EAI feature manages data flows with internal and external applications. Platforms listed are Android, iOS, Linux, web, Windows, API, and self-hosted. Pricing is on request.
TraceSense
TraceSense provides recipe weighing and electronic batch records for manufacturers that need ingredient lot traceability. Its records connect ingredient lots, weigh-ups, and sign-offs, with forward and backward tracing to follow lots through production. Users can set weighing tolerances, and the batch control module stops operators from proceeding when a weight falls outside them. Process checks can verify barcodes or QR codes, capture photos and documents, and require pass/fail results and actions. The modular system also covers production, quality, maintenance, stock, training, compliance, and dispatch. Listed ERP integrations include Sage, Microsoft Navision, and SAP; supported data flows include orders, stock, work orders, and process confirmations. TraceSense describes timestamped records, audit trails, and recall tools for businesses working toward BRC, SALSA, ISO, and customer audits. The cloud-based software can run alongside an existing ERP rather than replacing a full finance ERP. Its Terminal app runs on iPhones and iPads, and process checks can also use Android devices.
