In their own words
PromptFluent
PromptFluent is an AI prompt and workflow management platform focused on enterprise governance and execution intelligence. Its library advertises more than 20,000 practitioner-built prompts across 13 business functions and more than 30 industries. Prompt Studio creates structured prompts, adapts library prompts, builds multi-step chains and saves work to versioned personal or team libraries. Team capabilities include shared libraries, approvals, version control and role-based access; analytics surface patterns, trends, anomalies and recommendations across shared AI work. A Chrome or Edge extension searches and inserts prompts inside ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot and Perplexity, and supports Windows, macOS, Linux and ChromeOS. PromptFluent says customer data is encrypted at rest and in transit, organization data is isolated with row-level security, and private business material is not used to train public AI models. Free access is available; Pro costs $25 a month when billed annually. Team costs $50 a month when billed annually per user. Enterprise pricing is custom through a limited Founding Customer Program.
PromptForge
PromptForge manages AI prompt templates and makes them available through a REST API. It is aimed at AI developers who want to update prompt text without redeploying application code. Templates can include reusable placeholders using {{variable}} syntax. Each edit creates an immutable version, and users can compare line-by-line changes and roll back. Applications can request a stable, latest, or specific prompt version; API requests use Bearer token authentication and GET or POST methods. Listed integrations include OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Grok, Groq, Mistral, Vercel AI SDK, Ollama, Cohere, Together AI, Azure OpenAI, and AWS Bedrock. PromptForge stores, organizes, versions, and shares text prompts; it does not perform AI generation, analysis, or training. The free Hobby plan is billed forever and allows one production prompt and 1,000 API requests per month. Starter costs $9 a month, Pro $29 a month, and Business $49 a month. The terms state that there is no export feature or formal SLA or uptime credits.
