Teams can match properties with enquiries, manage viewings and offers, handle tenant referencing and leases, track rent rolls and repairs, and maintain client and contact records. Document tools include templates for letters and emails, alongside tasks, logs, appointments and an Outlook-synchronised diary. Compliance functions include time-stamped offers, AML identification, GDPR tools, engagement letters, compliance tracking, a PRSA document library and client account reconciliation. Integrations listed include Outlook 365, Word, Eircode, property portals, social media, SMS, Google Maps and DocuSign; other named connections include telephone integration and Bid Now.
