Property Inspect
Property Inspect is a system for property inspections, reporting and compliance, covering capture, actions, tracking and audit. Its iOS and Android mobile app works offline and synchronizes when online. Photos, edits and signatures are preserved in an exportable audit trail, and the platform supports GPS location capture and workflow automation. Inspection workflows can align with HHSRS, NSPIRE, fire, gas, electrical and legionella inspections. Property Inspect lists 27 integrations across property management, workflow, accounting, calendars, cloud storage, sensors and automation, including Yardi, MRI Software, Re-Leased and PayProp. An open REST API and webhooks support custom workflows. The company says data is encrypted in transit and at rest and access is role-based; its security page lists Cyber Essentials Plus, SOC 2 and IASME Governance. It serves residential, commercial and housing portfolios, including multi-site and multi-team deployments. Plans start at $49/mo, and the 14-day trial provides unrestricted platform access without requiring a credit card. Plan support ranges from email to priority and chat options, with dedicated customer success and technical account managers on some plans.
