Trainary
Trainary is workout-management software for personal trainers, strength coaches, and gyms, available on iOS and macOS. A guided wizard lets coaches build sessions with supersets, warmups, homework, and group workouts. During live training, users can record sets and reps, run rest timers, swap exercises, and reorder sessions. Charts track weight, reps, RPE, and tempo, with side-by-side session comparison. Trainary can extract exercises, sets, and reps from program photos and spreadsheets, with photo matches reviewed before saving. Coaches can create PDF progress reports and export raw figures to Excel. Apple Health sync imports heart rate, calories, and workout duration. Studio accounts add a shared exercise library, team floor scheduling, coach coverage, per-coach performance, and client transfers; one studio plan seats up to 25 coaches. Coach Basic is free, billed free forever, for up to two clients. Coach Premium costs $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year.
