In their own words

QA Sphere

QA Sphere is a web-based, AI-powered test management system for organizing test cases, planning runs, and tracking results and testers. Its AI can draft cases from requirements, generate cases in bulk, detect duplicates, and follow customizable rules. Teams can tag, prioritize, and filter cases, then create runs with live updates, fixed structures, or milestones. Dashboards and built-in reports cover results, effort, traceability, automation coverage, and other testing measures. Integrations include Jira, GitHub Issues, Linear, GitLab, Slack, webhooks, and a REST API; CI/CD connections include GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, and Bitbucket Pipelines. Testers can create issues during runs and attach test context, and imports are available from CSV and Qase, TestRail, Testomat, or Zebrunner. The free plan costs nothing for up to 3 users, with limited AI credits and 1 GB attachment space. Standard costs $12 a month, and a 30-day trial is listed. The service says exchanges use HTTPS/TLS encryption and lists role-based access, two-step authentication, audit logs, and active monitoring. It says it adheres to GDPR; ISO 27001 certification is in progress.

ServiceNow Event Management

ServiceNow Event Management collects operational events from multiple sources, analyzes their causes, and turns them into alerts that teams can group and act on to maintain system health. It is available with IT Operations Management and runs through web and API platforms. Events can arrive directly or through a MID Server, SNMP trap, or email using push or pull integrations. Listed connectors include Datadog, Dynatrace, Azure Monitor, SolarWinds, Kafka, Zabbix, Nagios, and IBM Netcool. Event correlation supports deduplication, enrichment, routing, and suppression, and users can preview rule changes before production deployment. Generative AI extracts alert details, simplifies technical language, and presents a probable root cause. Mapping events to the CMDB shows service impact and services at risk. Alerts can trigger workflows such as service restarts or escalation. Pricing is paid and available on request.
