In their own words
qEndpoint
qEndpoint is a free, open-source RDF triple store for self-hosted linked-data workloads. It supports full-text search, GeoSPARQL, and SPARQL 1.1, either as a standalone endpoint or as a dependency. A graphical interface lets users write and run SPARQL queries, while a RESTful HTTP API handles queries. Datasets can be uploaded in RDF4J-supported formats, including RDF/XML, Turtle, N-Triples, N-Quads, JSON-LD, TriG, and TriX. Result formats include JSON, XML, and Binary RDF. Docker images are available for qEndpoint and for a Wikidata-indexed variant supporting wikidata_truthy and wikidata_all datasets. The Docker setup defaults to 6G memory; large datasets are discouraged below 4G, and Wikidata-all requires at least 10G. Installation documentation covers Scoop, Homebrew, and a CLI ZIP release. The project describes Wikibase use and is licensed under GNU GPL v3.
RedStore
RedStore is a free, self-hosted RDF triplestore written in C with the Redland library. It provides a built-in HTTP server and interface for loading and querying RDF data. Supported standards include SPARQL 1.0 Query, SPARQL 1.1 Protocol for RDF, SPARQL 1.1 Graph Store HTTP Protocol, and SPARQL 1.1 Service Description. The project describes support for a wide range of RDF formats, including Turtle. Storage modules can use hashes, MySQL, memory, PostgreSQL, SQLite, or Virtuoso when contexts are supported; hashes is the default. A URI can be loaded at startup, or RDF files can be sent with HTTP PUT. The /sparql endpoint works with the SPARQL Query Tool, and rdfproc supports offline operations. Redland is the only listed runtime dependency, with minimum versions for raptor2, rasqal, and redland. Installation uses configure, make, and make install. RedStore runs on Linux and macOS, offers API use, and has a Mac OS X app.
