Qiscus
Qiscus Omnichannel Chat brings customer messages from live chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, and marketplaces such as Tokopedia and Shopee into one platform. AgentLabs can answer common questions automatically around the clock, while Agent Copilot offers AI-suggested replies and chat summaries. A unified dashboard reports metrics including conversation counts and response times. Integration options include a customizable website or app chat widget, Qiscus App Center, APIs, and webhooks. App Center examples include QCRM, Tokopedia Chat, Shopee Chat, SMS, CSAT, and MiiTel. The product supports web and mobile platforms, though its documentation describes the mobile app as experimental and limited. New users receive a 14-day trial, but there is no free plan. Startup costs $115 a month for five agents and up to 3,000 MAU; Grow costs $270 a month for ten agents and up to 10,000 MAU.
