In their own words
QuickProof
QuickProof describes a creative workflow platform that brings briefs, tasks, files, feedback, approvals, and delivery into one system. Projects can start with structured briefs for objectives, deliverables, deadlines, and reference assets, with tasks linked to deliverables. Creative files have version histories, and reviews can include contextual feedback and annotations tied to the specific file version. For approvals, the platform describes a stakeholder portal, locked approved assets, delivery packages, and an audit trail recording who approved what and when. The main product is in limited early access: teams can join a waitlist, and access starts with a conversation about fit. QuickProof says it is prioritizing in-house creative and marketing teams, and also discusses small teams and agencies. Separately, QuickProof Free is a lightweight tool for temporary image reviews and feedback. Anyone with a shared link can view uploaded content; files, comments, and links are deleted after 7 days. The privacy policy says the free version does not use HTTPS encryption and warns against uploading private, sensitive, or copyrighted material.
Wonderful
Wonderful is a browser-based creative workflow platform for performance marketing teams, connecting asset management, approvals, and publishing to Facebook and Instagram through Meta Ads. Visual boards take work from brief and production through review, approval, and launch. Nova AI can draft briefs and ad copy, locate assets, manage tasks, research ad references, and audit claims or brand rules. The asset manager includes AI tagging and search, version stacking, review status, and share links with optional passwords or expiry. Listed integrations include Meta Ads, Shopify, Figma, Frame.io, Google Drive, and Slack; Figma, Frame.io, and Drive connections are one-time imports, not ongoing syncs. Dropbox, Notion, and Airtable are not supported. The product is in open beta, and native mobile and desktop apps are on the roadmap. Reviewers and guests are free, while paid seats apply to Editors. The Free plan is billed $0 forever and includes 50 GB storage per team, one feed and one inspo board per team, and 50 ads launched. In-house costs $500 per month; Agency costs $1,000 per month. The database and cloud object storage are hosted in the US. Wonderful documents encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, and activity logs, and says it is working toward SOC 2 Type II certification.
