In their own words
QuickReviewer
QuickReviewer is an online proofing platform for centralizing creative feedback and review workflows. It handles more than 150 file types, including PDFs, Adobe files, live websites, 3D models, and professional video formats. Reviewers can attach comments and annotations to content, reply in threads, mention colleagues, and compare versions side by side. Approval tools include multi-stage workflows, automated notifications, conditional routing, and triggers for third-party systems. Listed integrations include Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, YouTube, Vimeo, Jira, Asana, Trello, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zapier, Make.com, and Canva. Its API can automate proof creation, sync user data, retrieve review metrics, and trigger custom actions. The Windows and macOS Desktop Uploader supports uploads up to 25GB. QuickReviewer lists SOC 2 Type II and GDPR compliance, AES-256 and TLS 1.2 or higher encryption, single sign-on, SCIM, role-based permissions, and password-protected share links. The Forever Free plan includes 100 MB of storage and one team member. Pro costs $79 a month, and Premium costs $169 a month. The platform is retiring; customers can review assets until October 30, 2026.
Workflow
Workflow gives designers a place to collect, organize, and act on design feedback. It runs on the web and as an extension. For website reviews, people can open a shared link and leave comments directly on a live page; Workflow attaches an automatically captured screenshot to each comment. It also accepts feedback on PDFs, videos, Figma designs, newsletters, and more than 30 other media types. Review pages keep earlier comments and versions together, and reviewers can approve work without a Workflow account. Voice and video feedback are built in. A one-way Figma sync sends Workflow comments to Figma, while the Pixel Perfect Chrome extension overlays a design image on a live webpage to help spot visual differences. The free plan includes unlimited projects and reviewers, but after 14 days an upgrade is needed to start something new. Standard costs $16 a month per seat on annual billing. Videos have a 100 GB limit; each additional 100 GB costs $5. Workflow says it does not work on single-page applications or apps such as Google Docs.
