In their own words
Raspond
Raspond manages the bid lifecycle, from parsing a request for proposal (RFP) to reviewing and exporting a response. It turns RFP questions into organized tasks, then uses an approved content library and past responses to suggest answers. Users decide whether to use, edit, or generate each answer; AI suggestions are not submitted without their review. Teams can work together in real time with comments, mentions, and version history, while approval workflows and audit trails help govern responses. Proposals can be exported to Word or PDF. Raspond is a web product with tender document management, compliance tracking, a reusable content library, and approval workflows. It offers a free plan and a free trial. Starter is free, billed annually, and allows one RFP per month, three team members, 50 AI-generated answers monthly, and 50MB of storage. Essentials is $49 a month, billed annually; Professional is $99 a month, billed annually.
