Its workflows include preleasing, roommate matching, bed or unit assignments, accounts receivable, forecasting, and reporting. OneSite Student supports leasing by bed or by unit. Student Facilities Management covers service requests, inspections, photos, damage assessments, and keyless unit entry; a Mobile Facilities App is available for iOS and Android. Student Asset Optimization provides bed-level prelease percentages, forecasts, and KPIs alongside market analytics and business intelligence. Through RealPage Student Living, students can manage online payments, utility billing, renewals, amenity reservations, package tracking, guest access, and communications.
