In their own words
Recapped
Recapped is a web-based AI platform that brings buyers, sellers, content, and sales processes together. Its Digital Sales Rooms organize communications and materials for deal stakeholders, while Mutual Action Plans provide timelines and automatic reminders. The platform tracks which content stakeholders view and how long they spend with it, alerts teams to drops in engagement, and scores deals from buyer behavior. Recapped also describes live AI call coaching and qualification frameworks including MEDDICC, Value Selling, and BANT. Its AI can document calls, identify next steps, and populate CRM data through bi-directional integrations. The integration directory includes Salesforce, HubSpot, Clari, Gong, Slack, Zapier, Zoom, and Airtable. Salesforce can sync fields, contacts, next steps, and activity in both directions, and Recapped can be embedded inside Salesforce. Recapped says it runs on AWS and uses 256-bit SSL/HTTPS, access controls, and audit logging. Customer workspaces use hashed URLs and can be password-protected. The Free plan costs nothing for one user; Collaborate costs $45 a month per user, and Integrate costs $95 a month per user.
Warmly
Warmly describes itself as an autonomous revenue agent platform for B2B go-to-market teams. Its Inbound Agent identifies website visitors at the person level and offers AI chat with Context Graph context, intent-based popups, and personalized microsites. The platform also lists company and people search, intent signals, phone numbers, and an email finder. Integrations include HubSpot, Salesforce, Close.io, Zoho, and Pipedrive, as well as Slack and Microsoft Teams notifications. Warmly provides an MCP server with OAuth access and REST endpoints authenticated by API key; its three tools are read-only. API and MCP credits are shared across the product, and new visitor identifications pause when the monthly credit pool runs out. The free API/MCP plan is free and includes 250 credits per month; paid API/MCP plans start at $99 a month. Annual web-deanonymization starts at $10,000 a year, Inbound Chat at $20,000 a year, and AI Inbound Autopilot at $30,000 a year, each from 10K credits per month. Warmly runs on the web and through an API, and is headquartered in San Francisco.
