In their own words
Reclaim AI
Reclaim AI is a calendar assistant that works with existing calendars to organize schedules around work and life priorities. Reclaim 2.0 combines a calendar, Planner, AI Assistant, and background Agents. Changes made through the assistant or MCP integrations are staged in Preview Mode before they reach the live calendar. It supports Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar, and lists integrations such as Slack, Jira, Asana, Google Tasks, Todoist, ClickUp, Linear, Zoom, and Webhooks. MCP clients include ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Copilot, and Gemini. Reclaim is primarily a web app and can be installed as a Progressive Web App through Chrome or Safari; it has no native iOS or Android app, though its web app is designed for mobile use. The Lite plan is free forever for one user and includes a one-week scheduling range, one calendar sync, one scheduling link, and five AI Agents. Starter costs $12 a month, Business $18 a month, and Enterprise $22 a month with contact required. Reclaim says it is SOC 2 Type II certified and committed to GDPR, CCPA, and Data Privacy Framework standards.
SkedPal
SkedPal turns a to-do list into a time-blocked schedule shaped by priorities, available time, and calendar events. Its planning tools include an Outline for organizing tasks, a Board for prioritizing them, and a Calendar for placing work at preferred times. A Status Tracker follows current activity while the schedule adapts to changes. Calendar sync supports Google, Office 365, and iCloud; Core allows one account, while Pro allows unlimited accounts. Asana task titles, descriptions, and due dates sync both ways, although schedules made in SkedPal do not sync with Asana. Zapier connects it with apps such as Google Sheets, Slack, Trello, and Airtable. Users can email tasks to a dedicated address, but attachments larger than 2 MB are not received. Planning is mainly done in the web app; mobile apps are available for iOS and Android, and Status Tracker desktop apps are available for macOS, Windows, and Linux. Core costs $9.95 a month billed annually; Pro costs $14.95 a month billed annually. There is a 14-day trial and no free plan.
