SeekerPitch
SeekerPitch screens applicants for behavioral fit and sends results to a customer's existing applicant tracking system (ATS). Its Sophia interviewer runs a 3–15 minute voice conversation and scores it against a role-calibrated Job DNA model. Scores, confidence bands and transcripts return to the candidate's ATS record. Two-way SMS supports scheduling, rescheduling, status updates, candidate questions and follow-up. SeekerPitch connects to ATS platforms through an API or webhook, including Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, iCIMS, SmartRecruiters, Ashby, Bullhorn and Workable. Candidates complete screening as browser guests, without an account or app download. Sophia provides recommendations and evidence, while people make final hiring decisions; the service says it does not make AI-only rejections. The product is described for high-volume frontline, management and sales hiring across retail, restaurant, hospitality, gaming, healthcare and manufacturing. It is web-based, with pricing on request and no free plan. A 14-day trial includes one job and platform features, with no credit card required.
