Sense is recruiting automation software for talent acquisition and staffing teams. Its AI Recruiter uses specialized agents for sourcing, candidate engagement, screening, and scheduling across the hiring lifecycle. Teams can communicate with candidates by SMS, WhatsApp, email, chat, and voice, and arrange interviews with calendar integrations, reminders, and in-person, virtual, panel, or sequential formats. Sense says it integrates with customers’ ATS and describes a bi-directional integration; named connections include Workday, Greenhouse, Oracle, iCIMS, and others. The platform is available on the web, Android, and iOS, through an API, and as an extension. Sense says dashboard and API traffic use TLS encryption and stored data uses AES-256; it also describes annual security assessments and configurable multi-factor authentication.
