Overview

Recruitly is recruiting software for agencies and hiring teams that need to manage jobs, candidates and outreach. It suits users who want core recruiting capabilities across a broad range of platforms, with a free tier to start. Its appeal is that entry is free; its trade-off is that capacity is divided among several quotas.

Key features

A career site, resume parsing, interview scheduling, workflow automation and job-board distribution cover several stages of recruiting in one product. That breadth makes Recruitly a sensible fit for teams looking to consolidate these workflows, rather than use a tool focused only on one part of hiring. But the job and campaign caps matter alongside candidate and contact capacity: a team can run short of room in one area even when its other quotas remain ample.

Free permits 200 contacts, 1,000 candidates, five jobs and two outreach campaigns, with 100 API calls per day. Solo expands those ceilings to 5,000 contacts, 10,000 candidates, 25 jobs, 10 campaigns and 1,000 daily API calls. Professional raises them to 25,000 contacts, 50,000 candidates, 100 jobs, 50 campaigns and 10,000 calls per day. Enterprise removes the listed caps on contacts, candidates, jobs, API calls and campaigns.

Pricing

Recruitly is freemium, with monthly paid plans starting at $25/user/mo. The plan prices are billed monthly.

Free — free: Includes 200 contacts, 1,000 candidates, five jobs, up to five users, 100 API calls per day and two outreach campaigns. This is a useful starting tier, but its job and campaign limits can constrain ongoing recruitment.
Solo — 25.00 USD per month: Allows 5,000 contacts, 10,000 candidates, 25 jobs, one user, 1,000 API calls per day and 10 campaigns. It is the natural step up for a single recruiter who needs more capacity, but it does not add seats over Free's five-user allowance.
Professional — 80.00 USD per month: Raises allowances to 25,000 contacts, 50,000 candidates, 100 jobs, unlimited users, 10,000 daily API calls and 50 campaigns. It suits teams that need multiple seats and substantially more throughput.
Enterprise — 120.00 USD per month: Provides unlimited contacts, candidates, jobs, users, API calls and campaigns. It is the clearest option for operations that have outgrown tiered quotas.

The seat limits make the progression uneven: Free allows up to five users, Solo only one, and Professional and Enterprise remove the user cap. A small team should weigh that reduction carefully before moving from Free to Solo.

Platforms

Recruitly runs on web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android. That range suits teams whose recruiters work across desktop and mobile devices, without tying the choice to a single operating system.

Who it's for

Recruitly is strongest for recruiters who value a broad set of hiring workflows and can match their expected activity to explicit plan limits. Solo makes sense for one recruiter with growing job and candidate volumes; Professional fits teams that need unlimited seats within substantial, but still finite, quotas. Agencies with higher volumes may prefer Enterprise's unlimited allowances. It is less compelling for teams that need more than five seats on the free tier but do not want to move directly to a plan with unlimited users.

Pros and cons

Pros: The free tier includes up to five users and 1,000 candidates, giving a small operation room to start without paying.
Pros: Career site, parsing, scheduling, automation and job-board distribution cover a wide range of recruiting needs.
Pros: Professional and Enterprise remove the user cap, and Enterprise also removes the listed volume limits.
Cons: Contacts, candidates, jobs, API calls and campaigns have distinct ceilings on the lower plans, complicating capacity planning.
Cons: Solo is limited to one user, fewer than Free's maximum of five.

Oorwin is another freemium recruiting option; its free plan allows five jobs, 100 candidates, 10 interviews, five accounts and 10 contacts.

Verdict

Choose Recruitly if you want career-site, candidate-management and outreach workflows together, with a free entry point and a clear route to unlimited quotas. Its main advantage is that breadth; its main drawback is the number of separate limits and the one-user Solo tier. Teams that need predictable headroom across jobs, candidates and campaigns should compare Enterprise pricing with alternatives before committing.
