In their own words
Recursive Labs Visual Engagement Platform
Recursive Labs Visual Engagement Platform provides tools for agents to see, guide and assist customers in real time. Remote Video Assistance lets an agent view a customer’s live smartphone video through a text link, without an app or download. Agents can pause the stream, annotate a frozen frame and add other participants. Mixed Reality tools allow agents to point into the video, show tools or props and draw in the stream. ReadOnly Cobrowse lets agents view a customer’s website, redact sensitive data at the element level and annotate while the customer controls clicks. WebRTC Share supports browser tabs, applications and full desktops on Windows and Mac. Native Android and iOS SDKs can limit sharing to an app or show the full device, with controls to shield sensitive panels. Customers can launch video from digital properties, and agents can move text or voice conversations to video using a one-time link. The platform also supports escalation from AI experiences to live agents. Recursive Labs describes its architecture as cloud native and API first, with dedicated instances available. Pricing is on request; no plans are available for direct purchase.
