In their own words
Rentberry
Rentberry is a home rental platform connecting tenants and landlords, with tools for finding rentals and managing parts of the rental process online. Renters can search listings across more than 90 countries, request tours, submit applications, negotiate rent, and sign leases electronically. The platform also supports online payments, maintenance requests, and landlord tenant screening. Screening reports powered by TransUnion are available in the US. Landlords can list properties for free, add amenities, and use an AI generator to draft descriptions from listing details. Listings remain active for 30 days before expiring, and landlords may add any number of properties; businesses with over 100 properties are directed to contact Rentberry. To upload more than 10 listings at once, landlords must contact customer service. US listing promotion and syndication costs $49.99 per month. Rentberry is available on Android, iOS, and the web. Tenants and landlords each have a free plan, while listed paid services include a $9.99 application fee, $39.99 credit and background checks in the US, and rent collection for $19.99 once. Landlords use a Stripe account to collect rent, with payout fees dependent on the bank account’s country.
