Rentman brings rental operations and event production management together for equipment, crews, workflows, tasks and team collaboration. Users can check equipment availability, book equipment, manage subrentals and review costs. QR and barcode scanning tracks equipment location across multiple locations. Crew scheduling uses drag-and-drop, with shifts filled according to availability, training and cost. The service can create estimates and branded quotes, collect digital signatures for quotes and contracts, and support online payments and invoicing. Its mobile app lets crew accept or decline job invitations, report availability and hours worked, and access job notes and files. Rentman serves event rental teams and AV and event professionals, from one-person operations to large production companies.
