In their own words
ReplyWithCare
ReplyWithCare drafts AI-assisted responses to customer reviews for local businesses. It lists support for Google, Yelp, Facebook, Tripadvisor, Booking.com, Airbnb, Zomato, Trustpilot, Amazon, and app reviews. Users can choose tone, language, and response length, or let the service detect language automatically. A handler for one- to three-star reviews follows an empathy-first HEARD framework and can add a private contact line. The bulk tool processes up to 10 reviews, with results available to copy together or download as CSV. Replies are not published automatically: users copy them to post, and the service says it does not link review accounts. ReplyWithCare says it uses Google's Gemini language model with prompts tuned for reviews. The free Starter plan is free and allows three replies daily. Pro costs $9 a month, and Agency costs $29 a month. API access is included with Agency, which allows 3,000 monthly generations and up to 15 API requests per minute per key. The service is offered as a web app, extension, and API.
Replzy
Replzy drafts and publishes AI-generated replies to Google Play and App Store reviews through the stores' official APIs. Its responses are contextual and brand-aligned, and users can set a separate manual-approval or automatic-publishing rule for each rating from 1★ to 5★; all ratings begin in manual approval. Scheduled automation retries failed publishing and stops when authentication errors occur. A failed publish is retried three times with backoff before being marked failed. Replzy tracks response rates, sentiment mix, and rating movement over time. Replies are generated in English, even for reviews in other languages, and store APIs expose only recent reviews, so the product may list fewer reviews than public counts. Store credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM using a key held in Google Secret Manager, and the site says they are never exposed to the browser. Users can export data as JSON with credentials redacted. Pricing is on request; the site offers 25 free replies without requiring a credit card.
