In their own words

RepMove

RepMove is a B2B outside sales management platform with mobile and web apps for organizations that sell in the field. It can serve as a standalone CRM or as an outside sales execution layer alongside an existing CRM or ERP. Features include territory, deal, and pipeline management; typed and voice-to-text notes; AI-powered follow-ups; account creation; business-card scanning; and route optimization. Users can plan multi-stop routes, change stops during the day, and optimize the order again. Its iOS and Android apps support follow-up tasks, expense reports, purchase orders, email, call reporting, document storage, and offline access. Native integrations include Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, NetSuite, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Point of Rental, Texada, and VitalEdge; thousands more are available through Zapier. An open API supports complex multi-platform integration needs. RepMove states that it is HIPAA compliant and offers territory- or individual-based permissions and roles that limit data access. The full platform is available in a seven-day trial without a credit card or feature restrictions. Monthly plans start at $19.99 a month.

SalesRabbit Appointment Management

SalesRabbit Appointment Management schedules appointments for field sales teams and gives staff a shared view of schedules. In the web app, owners and managers can review daily, weekly, and monthly calendars and reassign appointments; reps can view the shared schedule in the mobile app. Teams can connect Google and Outlook calendars, define working hours, and sync in both directions. Round robin routing distributes appointments according to availability and appointment frequency. Setters can record notes on an interim card before scheduling or passing an appointment to a closer. Setting an appointment automatically updates lead status, and an onboarding wizard helps configure roles and permissions. Basic appointment setting is available across SalesRabbit plans, while Scheduler is included in Pro and Enterprise. The mobile My Appointments calendar is limited to the signed-in user's appointments for assigned leads. SalesRabbit Lite is free, and the company says it does not offer a trial of paid plans.
