Restaurants can add a booking link or widget to a website and social media without coding, while guests can book through Google Search, Maps or Assistant with availability synced automatically. A visual planner displays tables and occupancy, and automatic customer profiles support tailored service. Booking reminders can go out by SMS and email. Integrations named by Resos include Stripe, Trustpilot and Facebook; Zapier can support custom connections, and a developer API is available. Resos says guest data is stored on an encrypted platform, connections use SSL, and the service is GDPR-compliant. Guest and booking data can be exported to CSV on demand. The free plan includes 25 bookings per month and personal support, but excludes add-ons. Paid plans start at €23/mo (annual), and the pricing page lists a 90-day money-back guarantee on paid plans.
