In their own words
Retail Pro
Retail Pro Prism is customizable retail management software for point of sale, inventory, customer, and store operations across channels and regions. Its POS handles sales, returns, and customer orders in one transaction. Inventory tools cover stock and price lookup, replenishment, purchasing, receiving, transfers, and vendor management. Prism supports multiple locations and can continue processing transactions during network outages using local transaction data, then synchronize when connectivity returns. Customer records can include demographics and purchase history, with security levels controlling employee access to personally identifiable information. Retail Pro offers an API, an AppMarket for plugins and integrations, and an SAP link. Prism supports Oracle and MySQL databases. Tokenized EFT is designed to keep sensitive payment details out of Prism, while employee passwords use salted SHA-256 hashing. Platforms listed are Android, iOS, web, Windows, and API. Initial users cost what you agree with the maker and additional users priced on request, each with a minimum 24-month initial subscription term.
