Invitations can go out through SMS, email, and QR codes. Supported sources include Google, Facebook, Tripadvisor, Booking.com, Airbnb, Amazon, app stores, G2Crowd, Gartner, Reviews.io, Sitejabber, OpenTable, Zomato, Healthgrades, Glassdoor, Indeed, The Knot, and WeddingWire. AI summarizes sentiment across sites and locations and drafts on-brand replies for approval. The platform also compares local competitors by ratings, response times, and feedback. Starter costs $29 a month and includes one location, one user, up to three sources, and 250 monthly email invitations. Growth costs $59 a month; Ultimate costs $99 a month and includes customer chat and competitor tracking. Agency starts at $199 a month and is 100% white labeled.
