TIP Tool is a web platform for capturing enterprise innovation and managing patent workflows with patent data analytics. Users can customize invention disclosure forms, attach supporting documents, and sort and filter ideas. Teams can edit, comment, and discuss ideas together while tracking changes and contributors. The workflow follows ideas through patent stages, sends status notifications, and provides dashboards for delays, innovators, and role-based access. Analytics include patent success and cost predictions, plus counsel and examiner statistics. Automatic USPTO status updates cover published and unpublished applications, while Private PAIR access is listed for Premium. Docketing System Sync imports Excel or CSV patent application data from systems such as AppColl, Foundation IP, and Patricia, with automatic or manual field mapping. Patent Lookup displays available application data, documents, transactions, and continuity details. The free plan allows two searches per portfolio; Premium allows up to ten. The free plan supports up to 10 users, 5 GB storage, 10 MB files, and one portfolio. The platform is cloud-deployed and supports patent portfolio tracking, prosecution deadlines, and filing management.
