In their own words
Roomzilla
Roomzilla is a workplace system for booking and managing meeting rooms, desks and other shared assets. Its timeline displays availability, supports two-click reservations and filters by capacity, amenities and location. Check-in rules and automatic cancellation can free a booking if its user misses the configured check-in window. Users can search, book, change or cancel reservations in a mobile browser, while room displays work with Android tablets and iPads. Roomzilla describes syncing room resources, users and calendar events with Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook. Other tools include QR reservations, interactive maps, approval queues, guest bookings, reports and booking limits. It is intended for offices, venues, classrooms and home offices, and is available on Android, iOS and web. The Free plan covers up to three resources. Paid plans start at $10/mo at a monthly rate paid yearly, per resource or per desk/equipment; a 14-day trial is offered without a card. The company says formal security documentation for customers is not yet available.
