TimeHero combines work management, planning and automation for freelancers and firms. Its planner schedules tasks into available time and can reschedule them when plans change. Connected Google or Office 365 calendars let it plan around meetings, while recurring tasks can be placed within a repeating timeframe. Users can start timers, track multiple activities and have logged time update timesheets. Project features include task estimates, risk detection, forecasting, and workload and capacity views. Teams can assign tasks, and guest accounts can show selected project information while allowing guests to complete tasks, message and upload files. The maker lists native Slack and Gmail integrations, plus connections with over 1,500 apps through Zapier. TimeHero runs on the web, macOS and Windows, with desktop downloads for Mac and Windows. There is no free plan. The seven-day Premium trial requires no credit card, and demos are available on request. Annual plans start at $4.60/user/mo; monthly Basic costs $5/user/mo, Professional $12/user/mo and Premium $27/user/mo. The terms prohibit customers from providing protected health information because TimeHero is not a HIPAA Business Associate.
