Trevor AI is a web-based planner that combines tasks and calendars using time blocking. Its AI predicts how long tasks will take, analyzes calendar availability and suggests blocks users can accept. Users can plan a day with AI, move tasks by drag and drop, or ask Trevor to schedule them in chat. Focus Mode includes a timer, a note field and a five-step action plan. Integrations listed in the documentation include Google Calendar, Microsoft Calendar, Apple iCloud Calendar, CalDAV, Todoist, Microsoft To Do and Google Tasks. Todoist tasks cannot yet be set as recurring scheduled tasks from Trevor AI. The service supports recurring tasks and calendar sync, and offers a free plan with one calendar account. The Pro Plan costs $6 a month when paid monthly and includes multiple calendar accounts and full Intelligent Time-blocking Technology. A seven-day trial is listed. Trevor AI says it complies with EU GDPR, does not sell user data to third parties, and allows users to export or delete their data. It is a web app for modern browsers on mobile, tablet and desktop; dedicated iOS, Android and desktop apps are not available.
