In their own words
Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud
Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud is an engagement platform for Pharma, MedTech, Consumer and Animal Health organizations across clinical, medical, commercial and patient services. Its product-journey scope includes trial site selection, regulatory approvals, market access and patient adherence support. Customer Engagement tools help commercial and medical field teams plan, carry out and track interactions with healthcare organizations and professionals through visits, virtual meetings, email and digital touchpoints. Agentforce is described as automating complex tasks and supporting research and development and team productivity. Customer Engagement integrates with Data 360, MuleSoft, Tableau Next and Agentforce; H1, Viz.ai and IQVIA are listed as partner data sources available through Data 360. Salesforce describes compliance support through AI monitoring, its Trust Layer, zero-copy integrations and built-in GxP validation. The platform is available on web, iOS and API. An offline-enabled iPad app is generally available, and most commercial Customer Engagement capabilities on the roadmap are intended to work offline as well as online. Core starts at $350/user/mo, billed annually; a free 30-day trial is offered.
Visioner
Visioner is an account-planning CRM for managing relationships, projects, tasks, and signals within strategic accounts. Its visual org charts map reporting lines, unknown seats, decision roles, and stakeholder gaps. Relationship indicators show whether connections are warm, cooling, or stale, with cadence reminders. Project workspaces can hold stakeholders, decision chains, risks, next steps, files, and revenue impact. Local signals flag relationship gaps, stale contacts, missing project roles, and overdue follow-ups; paid plans add source-linked news and contact research. Paid BCC Capture archives outbound email against accounts and contacts, sending unclear project matches to a review queue. Pro users can connect their own THE ORG account to review reporting lines and reveal direct managers before importing. Visioner is in beta on the web, Android, and iOS. The free plan covers three accounts and excludes BCC capture; Basic is listed at $12.00 per month. Visioner is designed for depth in a few high-value accounts rather than high-volume lead management.
