In their own words
Salesframe
Salesframe is a sales enablement platform for preparing meetings, presenting sales content and sending tracked follow-ups. Sellers can find materials and present while offline. Marketing teams can maintain a shared content library, control who can view or edit materials, and schedule content launches and removals. After meetings, sellers can share branded links and see what customers opened and where they spent time. A limitation matters when links go to groups: Salesframe cannot identify each individual opener. Named CRM integrations include Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot and Pipedrive; it also describes connections to SharePoint, OneDrive, PIM and DAM systems. APIs and webhooks can exchange meeting, content and other data with additional systems. The integrations page describes single sign-on and automatic user provisioning through a company directory. Salesframe says service data is processed and stored in the EU/EEA, with AWS as its cloud hosting provider. It lists Android, iOS, web and Windows access. The service has a free plan and trial; paid plans include Scout at €10 a month per user, invoiced annually starting January 2027.
Showcase Workshop
Showcase Workshop is a B2B sales enablement platform for organizing presentations, content, and training for sales teams. Presentations can combine slides, images, video, PDFs, and other files, then be downloaded to a device app for offline presenting. The maker lists apps for Apple devices, Android tablets and smartphones, and Windows tablets, laptops, and desktops. Showcase can connect with CRM tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot, while presentation form data can be downloaded as CSV. The depth of a CRM connection depends on the CRM and the customer’s technical skill. Shared material can be set to expire after 7 to 180 days, and users can retract shared files at any time. Showcase says access uses secure connections and names Amazon Web Services as its content delivery services provider. The plans are organized by user tier and include unlimited presentations. Listed prices are $29 a month for Small Business, $19 a month for Medium Business, and $10 a month for Enterprise; they are per user per month, in USD, with tax where applicable. Pricing is cumulative by user tier, with a stated billing cap of $6200 per month + tax. A 14-day trial is available, but there is no free plan.
