In their own words
Salesmsg
Salesmsg is a business texting and calling platform for sales, marketing, and support teams. It lets teams send and receive two-way SMS and MMS, use shared inboxes, send broadcasts and scheduled messages, and set auto-replies or ringless voicemail. Users can make and receive business calls, record and transcribe them, route inbound calls, and use a power dialer. CRM-triggered workflows and AI agents can qualify leads, book meetings, handle inbound calls, and manage common inbox replies. Listed integrations include HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, Calendly, Zapier, and Twilio; a public API is also available, with OAuth 2.0 and personal access token authentication and a limit of 60 requests per minute. Salesmsg lists Android, iOS, web, extension, and API availability. Plans start at $25/user/mo, with no free plan. Its 14-day trial includes 25 message credits, and trial messages are watermarked and limited to 10 unique contacts per number. HIPAA support requires an executed Business Associate Agreement; PHI should not be processed without one.
Sociocs
Sociocs is business texting software for bulk campaigns and customer conversations, bringing multiple communication channels into a shared inbox. Campaigns can use SMS, MMS, and WhatsApp, with contact lists, segments, scheduling, recurring sends, opt-out handling, and delivery reporting. Teams can assign conversations, use reply templates and internal notes, set follow-up reminders, and automate actions. The inbox can also bring in Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Google Reviews, Web Chat, and Online Forms.
Sociocs connects to customer-controlled Twilio, Telnyx, or SignalHouse accounts; the company says this lets customers pay provider rates without message markups. Integrations include ActiveCampaign, Bubble, Customer.io, Keap, Webflow, WordPress, and Zapier. Its API can initiate messages from another platform, and webhooks can forward incoming messages. Automatic translation is available in more than 100 languages for conversations and bulk messaging. The free plan includes two channels, one user, and 1,000 messages per month. Paid plans start at $12/user/mo; a seven-day trial is listed. It runs on Android, iOS, web, and API.
