ScaleXP

ScaleXP automates finance operations and month-end workflows for growing companies, including revenue recognition, journal preparation, reporting and consolidation. It supports deferred and accrued revenue workflows and automates related journals. For expenses, it reads bills, suggests prepayment and accrual entries, and posts journals to Xero or QuickBooks. It connects with Xero, QuickBooks Online and Zoho Books, and can combine accounting data across systems, countries and entities without requiring a standard general ledger. CRM integrations include HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive, with Stripe listed for billing. Reporting includes SaaS metrics, reports, dashboards and presentations; Starter includes MRR and ARR, while Growth includes 30+ automated SaaS metrics. The web product also lists approval workflows, an audit trail, multi-entity close and native ERP connectivity. ScaleXP is paid, with plans from £100/mo and a 7-day trial that requires no credit card. Starter is limited to up to 2 users and 200 invoices per month; additional subsidiaries cost extra by plan.
