Schedly

Schedly is an appointment scheduling platform for individuals, teams, and service businesses. Customers can book through online pages and forms, including a form embedded on a website. The service can send reminders by email, SMS, or WhatsApp, and collect payment when an appointment is booked. For teams, it supports staff calendars, workflows, round-robin meetings, and routing logic. Calendar connections include Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and Apple Calendar; Google Calendar and Outlook support two-way sync. Other listed integrations include Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, and Mailchimp. Schedly is available on Android, iOS, web, through an API, and as a Chrome extension. Its mobile app can manage bookings, staff schedules, availability, customer details, and payments. The free plan costs nothing and allows unlimited bookings, but is limited to one seat, service or event type, location, and calendar connection. Pro costs $7.50 a month and adds unlimited services, locations, and calendar connections, plus team management and API access. Enterprise pricing is custom.

SkipUp

SkipUp is a web-based follow-up and scheduling assistant that works through email and a connected calendar. Users CC it on an email thread; it finds times, coordinates participants and books when everyone confirms. Google or Microsoft calendars can be linked so it can check availability and create events. SkipUp describes context awareness, multi-calendar availability, scheduling edge-case handling and learning user preferences. It accounts for time zones, skips US and Canada holidays, consolidates duplicate requests, and starts with 45-minute meeting and four-week timeframe defaults. Zapier can automate scheduling from CRM or form workflows, while an API with scoped keys works with meeting requests and workspace data. The Personal plan is free, including 10 meetings per person, three concurrent meetings, unlimited calendars and email support. Pro costs $49 a month for 30, 100 or 250 meetings monthly for one or two people. Support is by email only.
