SchedulePro
SchedulePro is a finite-capacity scheduling tool for batch and semi-continuous manufacturing. It models equipment, work areas, labor, materials, utilities and inventory capacity, including interruptions for shifts, holidays and planned maintenance. The listed applications include production planning, resource management, capacity analysis, plant debottlenecking, cycle time reduction, and multi-product facility modeling and design. It supports multi-product and multi-plant schedules, resource constraints and operation completion tracking. Reports and charts can be produced without programming; more than 20 reports cover schedules, resource use, material ordering and inventories. Probabilistic schedule visualization and Monte Carlo simulations help collect statistics about output variables. SchedulePro exchanges data with Excel, ERP, MES, data historians and automation tools through stated file, interface or SQL Server methods, and imports recipes from SuperPro Designer. The desktop product runs on Windows 10 and 11; the maker recommends at least 4 GB RAM and 768 pixels of vertical screen resolution. A free evaluation edition opens example files and allows features to be tried. The Fixed License costs $4,500 a year per copy and includes unlimited technical support and free upgrades while maintained.
