SingleKey
SingleKey provides rental screening and management services for landlords, property managers, realtors, and tenants. Its Tenant Screening Report combines an Equifax credit check with rental, income, employment, and background information; checks include credit, criminal, eviction, income, and identity screening. Rent Guarantee covers up to 12 months of rent, capped at $60,000, in cases of delinquency. It also includes up to $10,000 for unpaid court-ordered malicious tenant damages and up to $2,000 in reimbursed legal fees, subject to eligibility and terms. Tenants can use co-signer services and a shareable rental application; SingleKey says sharing its credit report does not affect the tenant’s credit score. Pre-screening costs nothing. Tenant Screening Reports start at $29.99 per once, billed per report, with no subscription or signup fees. Rent Guarantee starts at $5 a year, billed at 5% of monthly rent per tenant with annual payment. Enterprise API integrations include Yardi, Buildium, Rent Manager, LeadSimple, Entrata, AppFolio, Property Vista, and Propertyware; enterprise pricing is volume-based.
