Screenpresso

It can capture a full screen, a region, or a window, and combine scrolling windows into one image. Video recording saves as MP4 and supports sound, webcam, automatic subtitles, and editing features. The built-in image editor includes cropping, effects, numbered steps, annotations, and AI image modification. Images and comments can be assembled into PDF, DOCX, or HTML documents. Other listed export formats include PNG, JPEG, GIF, TIFF, BMP, WebP, JPEG XL, and WMV. Sharing destinations include Screenpresso Cloud, email clients, Google Drive, YouTube, OneDrive, OneNote, Dropbox, Linear, Imgur, Cloudinary, SFTP, and Amazon S3. The free plan includes image capture and HD video capture with branding; PRO adds OCR, the full editor, document generation, multiple workspaces, sharing features, and priority support. The listed desktop platform is Windows, with a browser extension also available. The download page lists Windows 11 and says macOS, iOS, and Android are not supported.
Usersnap
Usersnap is a product evidence platform that gathers customer signals for product decisions. Users can annotate screenshots and record screen video with audio to explain issues. Feedback collection includes CSAT, NPS, polls, and thumbs-up/down surveys, with conditional questions and targeted audiences. AI tools summarize feedback, identify urgent issues and frequently requested topics, and suggest replies. Integrations include Zoom, Gong, Intercom, ServiceNow, Jira, Asana, Linear, Azure DevOps, and Zendesk. Two-way status synchronization is available for Jira, Jira Product Discovery, Azure DevOps, Asana, and Linear. A Chrome and Firefox extension captures screenshots without a widget on the target site. iOS and Android SDKs support forms and surveys, but not screen capture or annotation. The cloud service runs in European AWS data centers and names SOC 1, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 certifications for those centers. Plans start at $49 a month, billed €49 /month.
