Its other tools cover paraphrasing, humanizing, translation, summarization, plagiarism checking, AI detection, rewriting, and document editing. The proofreader checks grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style, and can explain revisions with comments. Users can choose Light, Standard, Intensive, or Concise proofreading modes; Intensive and Concise are locked in the free interface. The Basic plan allows 5,000 words per month and up to 500 words per submission. Premium raises those limits to 1,000,000 words monthly and 20,000 per submission, with pricing from $9.95 a month billed annually. Wordvice AI runs on the web, macOS, Windows, and as an extension. It also offers a Microsoft Word add-in for Word 2021 and newer, Microsoft 365, and Word Online on Windows and Mac. Its Chrome extension translator supports 47 languages. Team plans add shared Premium access, member management, centralized billing, and owner, admin, and member roles. Human editing by professional editors is also available after AI proofreading.
