Customer communications include email reminders, paid SMS reminders, photo messaging, and automatic Google review requests. Paid Business plans include online payments and Tap to Pay on iPhone; payment processing fees are separate. An optional AI Receptionist can handle routine booking calls using the business’s services and availability, while passing questions requiring human judgment back to the business. The free plan has no monthly fee and includes one person, one location, online booking, pet records, rostering, pay calculation, and commission. Paid plans include Starter at A$49 a month.
