In their own words

SepticCycle

SepticCycle is a business platform for septic companies, covering work from scheduling through compliance. It includes customer and property records, scheduling and dispatch, invoicing, contracts, estimates, inventory, expense tracking, and compliance reporting. Septic records can track tanks by property, pumping frequency schedules, land application records, and manifests. Technicians use a mobile-optimized web app in iOS and Android browsers for schedules, checklists, GPS check-in, photo uploads, and time tracking. Online invoice payments use Stripe Connect to route funds directly to the business bank account. Every plan includes API and webhook access, though full developer documentation and a sandbox are marked as coming soon. Each account includes an AI assistant for questions about workflows and Texas TCEQ/OSSF regulations. The Everything Included plan costs $149 a month per company, with unlimited users and customers. A 90-day trial is listed, but there is no free plan. The company focuses on septic businesses with 2–20 people and offers a 30-minute onboarding call.

SepticSync

SepticSync brings customer and property records, scheduling, county paperwork, and payments together for septic service providers and municipalities. Its county-form tools find septic forms, make them fillable, and can populate them with customer, property, and job details. Mobile field workflows support inspections with photos, GPS coordinates, signatures, and digital forms. The Growth plan includes two-way QuickBooks syncing for invoices, payments, and customer records. Other listed connections include parcel and tax-map data, FEMA flood zones, spill reports, ownership-change flags, and delivery of completed forms to counties. SepticSync says its AI can assess inspection photos for issues including cracks, corrosion, and root intrusion, with risk windows of 6, 12, and 24 months. The free plan covers county forms only; saving records, scheduling, and invoicing start with Starter at $125 a month. Starter supports up to two users, while Growth costs $349 a month and Pro costs $599 a month. The field app is available on Android; the iPhone version is with Apple for review.
