Servgrow is pest control business software for managing requests, estimates, scheduling, dispatch, customer updates, invoicing, payments, and follow-up campaigns. It lists work ranging from general pest programs and termite treatment to wildlife removal, commercial food-safety accounts, and real estate transaction inspections. Estimates can include optional add-ons, and automated workflows can follow up with customers. Scheduling tools include job management, appointment reminders, and On My Way texts. Field teams can record photos and videos and use custom forms and checklists. Customers can book online and pay online, by card in the field, or with a deposit when approving an estimate. Dedicated Android and iOS apps are available. QuickBooks Online Sync and the Servgrow API are listed as GROW plan features. PRO is listed at $228.00 per year (billed annually; $19.00/month equivalent) for one user. A 14-day trial does not require a credit card, and training, support, and customer and service imports are included on every plan. Additional seats require a call.
Yardbook
Yardbook is a business application for landscaping companies, covering customer management, estimates, job scheduling, and billing. Its operations tools include routing, timesheets, GPS tracking, and equipment maintenance; finance and records features include invoices, payments, expenses, credit cards, chemical tracking, and a pricing catalog. Yardbook Profiles let landscapers present services and work, set service areas, attract homeowners, and manage incoming leads.
