Service Storm is a field service platform that manages work from lead and quote through scheduling, dispatch, invoicing, and reviews. It is built for trades and local service businesses, with listed industries including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, construction, lawn care, cleaning, pest control, and handyman services. Teams can create customizable good-better-best quotes, schedule and dispatch with drag-and-drop tools, track technicians by GPS in real time, and manage customers, invoices, payments, and deposits. The iOS and Android app supports schedules, jobs, invoices, and customer communication. Otto, its AI agent, can build quotes, create customers and jobs, schedule visits, revise and reprice quotes or invoices, and answer questions about business records. A hosted MCP server connects with Claude and ChatGPT. Connections have read, drafts, or full-access consent levels, and requests are checked against current permissions. Tool calls are audited, but record contents and arguments are not stored. Connected assistants cannot message customers, collect payments, or accept quotes for a user. Plans start at $79/mo, billed monthly; optional on-site onboarding starts at $9,000.
