Overview

Socxo combines Advocacy, Socxly and Signals, each serving a different audience. Advocacy is for employee advocacy and brand programs; Socxly targets marketers and personal-brand builders; Signals is aimed at revenue teams. That breadth is useful when a team can identify which workflow it needs, but buyers should not assume the three products are a single, uniformly priced suite.

Key features

Advocacy lets employees select approved content, add their own perspective and share it through their personal social profiles. Content approval supports governance, while opt-in participation and no auto-posting leave employees in control of whether and what they share. This is a considered approach for organizations concerned about account control, though it depends on employees choosing to participate.

Advocacy analytics measure reach, engagement, earned media value, click-throughs and conversions, with Google Analytics integration. That range lets brand teams look beyond share counts to audience response and conversion. The white-label iOS and Android app offers a mobile route into the program; the Socxo Android app requires an organizational invitation to join.

Socxly bundles branded short links, clickable social cards, CTA banners, file sharing and link measurement. It is the most concretely bounded product: paid plans set monthly quotas for links, uploads and banners, as well as limits on invited users. Those caps suit a defined workload, but may be restrictive as publishing volume or team size grows.

Signals reads engagement and other go-to-market sources to identify buyer and account context, score intent and route next actions. It connects with Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics and Pipedrive, or can operate on its own. That makes it relevant to revenue teams seeking signals across buyer activity, but its inquiry-led, composable setup is less straightforward to assess than Socxly's fixed quotas.

Socxo says customers retain ownership of data they provide or generate, and that it will not use customer data to train third-party AI models without explicit written consent. Enterprise contracts can include hosting options across Asia, Europe and the US. These terms may matter to organizations weighing data governance and regional hosting.

Pricing

Socxo is a paid product family, with pricing on request and a 21-day trial. The listed Socxly Basic and Pro prices are the clearest entry points; Advocacy, Signals and Custom are custom pricing.

Socxly Free (with free-to-use domain): Price not listed; includes 5 links per month, no file uploads and 10 CTA banners total. The small link quota and lack of uploads make it a limited way to try the workflow.
Socxly Free (link your own custom domain): Price not listed; includes 20 links per month, 10 file uploads per month and 10 CTA banners total. It offers more monthly link and upload capacity, but banners remain capped at 10 total.
Socxly Basic: 12.00 USD per month for 100 links per month, 20 file uploads per month, 5 CTA banners per month and 1 invited user. It fits a solo operator or very small team with modest monthly needs.
Socxly Pro: 29.00 USD per month for 500 links per month, 50 file uploads per month, 10 CTA banners per month and 3 invited users. The higher quotas suit busier publishing, but the invited-user cap still limits team participation.
Socxly Custom: Custom pricing, with custom monthly link, file-upload and CTA-banner quotas, plus custom users. It is the option for workloads or team sizes that do not fit Basic or Pro.
Socxo Advocacy: Custom pricing, scoped around team, data sources and rollout model, with custom program support. This is suited to organizations planning a structured employee program rather than buying a fixed-seat, self-serve package.
Socxo Signals: Custom pricing, inquiry-led and built from five composable layers. Price depends on source coverage, scope and deployment model, making it a tailored option for revenue teams rather than a fixed-price purchase.

The 21-day trial gives prospective buyers a defined evaluation window. Socxo's free Socxly options have finite link and banner allowances, and the custom-domain option adds a limited upload quota; neither is an unrestricted free tier.

Platforms

Socxo lists Android, iOS, web and Windows support. Advocacy has a white-label app for iOS and Android; joining a program in the Socxo Android app requires an organizational invitation.

Who it's for

Socxo is best considered by organizations choosing among employee-led social distribution, branded link and content tools, or revenue-team intent signals. Advocacy fits teams that want approved content shared voluntarily by employees and measured beyond reach. Socxly is the practical fit for marketers or personal-brand builders who can work within its quotas. Signals suits revenue teams that need buyer context and intent routed from GTM sources. Buyers seeking a single product with one shared workflow and clearly published pricing across all three should look elsewhere.

Pros and cons

Pros: Advocacy combines content approval, employee choice and analytics that include conversions, giving brand teams both control and outcome measures.
Pros: Socxly's Basic and Pro plans publish explicit monthly quotas and prices, making workload and small-team fit easier to judge.
Pros: Signals supports several named CRM integrations and can also stand alone, offering revenue teams more than one deployment path.
Cons: Advocacy, Signals and Socxly Custom use custom pricing, so their cost depends on inquiry and scope rather than a published rate.
Cons: Socxly's paid tiers restrict monthly links, file uploads, banners and invited users; growing teams may outgrow the published caps.
Cons: Advocacy participation is opt-in and never auto-posts, so organizations cannot rely on automatic distribution from employees' accounts.

Alternatives

Compare social media advocacy software if you want to survey the category before choosing a platform.

StoryChief Broadcasts is an alternative to consider for social media analytics and website and SEO analytics, with a free tier and a Starter plan at 49.00 EUR per month billed yearly.
Agorapulse is a better fit when you want a free plan with one user, three social profiles and ten scheduled posts.
Yell Advocacy is an alternative with a paid Essentials plan at 21.00 USD per month and a content library.
Keepface Employee Advocacy may suit teams seeking a free plan with five employee seats, a post library and review, a leaderboard and analytics.
SocialToaster is worth considering for a paid advocacy option with a Starter plan at 30.00 USD per month for 100 contacts and five users.
Ambo is an alternative for per-active-advocate pricing, with a Pilot plan at 20.00 USD per month per advocate and AI-assisted LinkedIn content.
Sprout Social is another paid option, with an Essentials plan at 79.00 USD per month on annual billing, per seat.
Swaybase is an alternative with a free plan for up to 10 users.

Verdict

Choose Socxo if your organization wants employee advocacy with approval controls and outcome-oriented analytics, or if Socxly's explicit link and content quotas match your publishing needs. Its distinct products address real, different jobs, but custom pricing for Advocacy and Signals and the capped Socxly plans make it a poor fit for buyers who need one unified package with predictable pricing at larger scale.
