In their own words
Simply Fleet
Simply Fleet brings vehicle, driver, fuel, expense, compliance, maintenance, inspection and work-order management into one system. It runs on the web and has Android and iOS apps. A failed mobile inspection can automatically create a work order, keeping the inspection and service history together. AI tools can scan receipts and invoices, turn voice updates into structured information, recommend maintenance schedules and answer questions about fleet data. The integrations page lists telematics providers including Motive, Verizon Connect, Samsara and Geotab, as well as WEX fuel cards; those connections cost $0.50 per vehicle per month as optional add-ons. The free plan covers five vehicles and three users, with six months of data storage and ten one-time AI credits. Essential and Advanced require at least five vehicles and are listed at $3.00 and $5.00 per vehicle per month, respectively. The company describes its intended customers as fleets with roughly 50 to 500+ assets, often across locations and with workshops or compliance obligations. Its privacy policy says the app may collect precise device location during logged fill-ups or trips.
TMFleet
TMFleet is an Australian-owned fleet management solution paired with TranzMate, a mobile app for drivers and operators. It is described for mixed fleets, from passenger and light commercial vehicles to heavy-duty trucks and earthmoving equipment, and serves industries including transport, construction, agriculture, civil, and mining. Teams can customise pre-start checklists with sections, questions, and different answer types. Drivers and operators complete checks in TranzMate, and submissions can report faults and maintenance needs to operations and compliance teams. The app includes ticketing for maintenance requests and parts orders, as well as service requests. Release notes say it supports assets tracked with odometer readings and engine hours. The free plan covers 1–10 assets with unlimited users; the plan for 11 or more assets is A$100 a month with no contracts. TMFleet is available on web and iOS, and the iPhone app requires iOS 15.4 or later. Prospective customers can book a demo through its website. Apple’s listing says the developer indicated the app may collect contact information, user content, and identifiers linked to the user; Apple says this information has not been verified.
