Sine

Sine provides visitor, contractor, staff, and compliance management for facilities. Sine Core supports customized check-in flows, electronic entry documents, and branded kiosks. Contractor tools cover onboarding, inductions, permits, certifications, and compliance records, while the activity dashboard shows expected arrivals, people on site, and searchable check-in history. The Sine Pro mobile app adds nearby-site check-in with geofencing, QR codes, visitor notifications, and mobile badge printing. Listed integrations include Microsoft Teams, Slack, Outlook, Entra ID, Eventbrite, Gallagher, Honeywell EBI, Cm3, and webhooks. Plans are based on estimated check-in volume, include unlimited hosts, and apply a fair usage policy if use exceeds the plan level. Small through Large plans start with a 30-day free trial; Sine contacts customers with billing information after it ends. The paid service has no free plan, though the Sine Pro mobile app is listed at free. Sine says it uses AWS infrastructure, encrypts data in transit, conducts regular audits and penetration tests, and complies with GDPR requirements.

SubDoc

SubDoc is a web portal for tracking contractor certificates of insurance and business licenses in vendor compliance workflows. Its AI reads uploaded certificates to extract policy numbers, carriers, dates, and coverage limits, then fills review fields. Vendors and brokers can submit documents through secure links without accounts or vendor fees. Teams can preview PDFs, compare uploaded limits with requirements, and approve, reject, or issue reasoned waivers. SubDoc tracks document expirations and sends renewal reminders; policy dates can also sync to Google Calendar across workspaces. Pro and Advanced include QuickBooks and Sage accounting exports, webhooks, and Zapier integration. Those plans can also flag invoices for payment holds when a policy has expired or an endorsement is missing. The free Starter plan is free and allows three tracked vendors, one workspace, one team seat, one project, five invoices per month, and 100 MB of storage. Pro is listed at $14 a month for the first three months, then $20 a month. SubDoc says documents are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and data in transit uses TLS 1.3.
