In their own words
Sirion
Sirion is a cloud enterprise contract lifecycle management platform available through web and API access. It supports contract work from drafting and negotiation through post-signature management, with approval workflows, renewal tracking, contract templates, and built-in e-signature. AskSirion interprets plain-language requests and coordinates agents that explain their results. Those agents extract and organize contracts in an access-controlled repository, answer questions with citations to source data, assemble drafts from playbooks, identify risks in third-party contracts, and suggest redlines. They can monitor obligations and service-level agreements, surface gaps, and prompt owners to follow up. Sirion describes connectors for enterprise systems, APIs, and low-code integration options; requests can begin in Salesforce, Slack, or SAP. AgentOS lets users build, test, and deploy custom agents across systems. Sirion states TLS 1.2 or higher in transit, AES-256 at rest, role-based permissions, multifactor authentication, SAML 2.0 single sign-on, ISO 27001:2022 certification, and SOC 1 and SOC 2 Type II reports. Pricing is available on request.
SlaMetric

The platform calculates compliance, identifies breaches, works out service credits, and provides threshold alerts. The Free Plan includes manual measurement entry, calculations, breach alerts, service-credit calculations, PDF SLA annexes, and basic reports and dashboards. The maker describes multi-tenant data isolation, role-based access control, row-level security, and encrypted data. The Advanced Plan is marked Coming Soon and lists automated metric collection, OpenTelemetry and API integrations, a provider portal, digital signatures, analytics and AI insights, an SLA Telemetry dashboard, and priority support. A free plan and free trial are available; neither plan has a listed price.
